We analysed the most recent verified Indian reviews of 34 indoor WiFi cameras. 25 of them had 40% or more 1-2 star reviews in their recent sample.
That includes every current CP PLUS Ezykam model (52-77%), every Qubo Smart Cam 360 variant and every Maizic Mini Fox. The complaint is almost always the same. The camera goes offline within weeks. Then the warranty claim goes unanswered.
Headline star ratings of 3.4-3.8 hide this, because they include years of older, happier reviews. That is why the six cameras below are ranked on recent owner evidence first.

If the camera sits in a bedroom or living room, a lens that physically hides matters more than an extra megapixel.
- Software privacy mode. Most cameras just pause streaming in the app, with the lens still pointing at the room.
